A surprisingly juicy and bright lot from the highlands of Santa Bárbara. Dried apricot sweetness opens the cup, followed by a lively fresh orange acidity and a delicate, tea-like body.

Grown by Jose Angel Velazquez and milled through Beneficio San Vicente — a family-run dry mill in Peña Blanca that has produced six Honduran Cup of Excellence winners.
The farm sits in the highlands around Lake Yojoa, where cool mountain mists slow cherry maturation and shield the plants from intense sunlight. The result is an unusually extended ripening period that builds the tropical complexity and brightness you'll find in the cup.
